We wanted to send a huge thanks to everyone who helped with our first Ocean Friendly Gardens (OFG) project in Santa Cruz! In a two part series, we welcomed volunteers in the first phase to help with the initial planting, and with the second phase Surfrider welcomed Utah university students, who came to SC to participate in our OFG program.
They were very excited to be getting their hands dirty and taking some Environmental education back home to make a difference.
