The Surfrider Foundation Santa Cruz Chapter was stoked to participate in the 9th annual International Surfing Day! With a two-part celebration with Patagonia Santa Cruz Outlet, where in the daytime at Cowell's had a beach clean up and water sampling, free food and drinks from Woodstock's Pizza and Whole Foods, Doc's Proplugs, the Marine Bay National Sanctuary, and the West Cliff Restoration Project were there as well.
In the early evening we were at Patagonia, with live music from The Shapes, free food and drinks, and learning more about Ocean Friendly Gardens and the West Cliff Restoration Project.
